93rd Aero Squadron Badge
LIEUT. ROSWELL H. FULLER, 93rd AERO SQUADRON, A.E.F., AUG. - NOV. 1918.
Born Illinois. He arrived at the 93rd Aero Squadron on 3/9/1918. On 29/9/1918 he was in combat with an Albatros C11 from Armee-Abteilung C which was being escorted by Jasta 64. During the aerial combat Lieutenant Fuller was shot down and killed by Uffz A. Bader of Jasta 64. Fuller was Bader's third and final victory.
Commemorated on the Meuse-Argonne American Memorial, Romage, France.
In original Tiffany box. These badges were made by Tiffany for the members of 93rd Aero Squadron and given to the next of kin of those killed.
